RLB is issued by the platform's operators and is used inside that ecosystem. Because the issuer is also a gambling business, the token's rules depend on decisions made by a private company, not on an open protocol governed by holders.
The token first appeared on Solana and later moved to Ethereum as an ERC-20, so older Solana tokens and the Ethereum version are different contracts. It had no ICO or private sale and was distributed by airdrop.

The maximum supply is 5 billion RLB. Rollbit, which is operated by a private company, has run buybacks and burns of RLB, which permanently remove tokens from supply. Buybacks were moved on-chain and automated after the token moved to Ethereum. The platform's own disclosures set the exact schedule and amounts, so read them directly.
