How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Circle xStock (CRCLX)?
Circle xStock is a tokenized stock product that tracks the shares of Circle Internet Group, the company behind the USDC stablecoin and listed in the United States under the ticker CRCL. It belongs to the xStocks family, which offers on-chain representations of U.S. stocks and ETFs. The issuer is Backed Assets (JE) Limited, a Jersey private limited company.
The key point is that CRCLX is a token, not the share itself. Holding it does not make you a registered shareholder of Circle, and the rights attached to it are set by the issuer's offering documents rather than by Circle.
How CRCLX works
The xStocks site describes each token as backed 1:1 by the underlying asset, held in regulated custody. Holders can redeem the token for the equivalent cash value or the underlying asset. The tokens are freely transferable on supported blockchains, which lets them move between wallets and compatible venues at any hour, independently of stock-market opening times.
Common uses include:
- Gaining economic exposure to a U.S. listed company through a blockchain wallet.
- Holding a fractional position in a single token.
- Moving the position between compatible exchanges and DeFi applications.
CRCLX supply and token design
CRCLX has no fixed cap. Supply is tied to the amount of the underlying shares held in custody, so tokens are created and redeemed as demand changes. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page. The token exists on several networks, including Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain and Arbitrum. Always copy the contract address from the official xStocks site, because lookalike tokens are a real risk.
Distribution runs through licensed partners. Kraken's Bermuda-licensed entity serves eligible customers, and a Cyprus-regulated firm serves customers in the EU and EEA. The xStocks site states the tokens are not available in the United States or to U.S. persons, and that they are not currently offered in the United Kingdom or other places where distribution would be unlawful.
Official information is on xstocks.com.
What to check before using CRCLX
- Eligibility. U.S. persons are excluded, and other jurisdictions have restrictions. Check that you are allowed to buy and hold it.
- Not the share. A token gives economic exposure under the issuer's terms. Read the Base Prospectus, Final Terms and Risk Disclosure for what you are and are not entitled to.
- Issuer and custody risk. Redemption depends on Backed Assets and its custodians, not on Circle.
- Tracking and liquidity. The token can trade at a different level from the stock, especially when the stock market is closed or on thin order books.
- Underlying business risk. Circle's results depend heavily on interest rates and stablecoin adoption.

Circle xStock market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $112.15 million, Circle xStock (CRCLX) is classed as a small-cap asset and ranks #244 of 402 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 39.3% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Small-cap assets can move quickly on news or exchange listings, and liquidity can thin out fast in sell-offs.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $5.88 million of CRCLX changed hands, equal to 5.25% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 57.0% of tracked assets. That is a moderate, fairly typical level of turnover. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 74% of tracked assets.
Price action: CRCLX moved −2.84% in 24 hours and −10.52% over 7 days. It underperformed Bitcoin by 0.78 percentage points over 24 hours and by 6.66 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (behind by 0.86 points on the day and behind by 5.87 points on the week), it has been a relative laggard in recent sessions.
To overtake Aster USDF (USDF) just above it, Circle xStock would need to grow its market cap by about 1.0%; it is 0.7% larger than Rollbit Coin (RLB) just below. Its market cap is under 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
