How this score is calculated

A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:

  • Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
  • Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
  • Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
  • Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
  • Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).

Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.

Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

About Alpha Bulgaria Warrants

What is Alpha Bulgaria Warrants (ALFW)?

Alpha Bulgaria Warrants (ALFW) is a tokenized version of warrants issued by Alpha Bulgaria AD, a Sofia-based company whose shares trade on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange under the ticker ALFB. A warrant is a financial instrument that gives its holder a right to subscribe for new shares of the issuer under set terms. ALFW is therefore a security-linked token, not a payment currency.

The tokenization was announced in May 2026 as a pilot between REAL Finance, which provides the tokenization and settlement infrastructure, and Factori AD, a licensed Bulgarian investment intermediary. The pilot covered 5 million warrants.

How ALFW works

Factori handles onboarding, KYC and anti-money-laundering checks, regulated OTC execution and segregated custody. International custody and the Bulgarian central depository are part of the arrangement. The token mirrors the underlying warrants held through that structure.

  • Issuer: Alpha Bulgaria AD, which is also the issuer of the listed shares.
  • Intermediary: Factori AD, an EU-regulated broker.
  • Eligibility: Alpha Bulgaria states that participation in warrants is offered only to eligible investors where lawful.
  • Identifiers: the warrants are listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange as ALFW, with ISIN BG9200001220, separate from the ALFB shares.

ALFW supply and token design

The token contract is deployed on Base, an Ethereum layer 2 network, and the issuer lists the warrants alongside its shares. The exercise price, conversion ratio and expiry are set in the warrant terms published by the issuer and the exchange. They are not repeated here, so read the official documents before relying on them.

Unlike a typical crypto token, supply is not defined by a protocol rule. It reflects warrants that have been placed into the tokenization structure. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.

Official information is on alpha-bulgaria.com.

What to check before using ALFW

  • Eligibility is restricted. Onboarding and KYC apply, and access depends on your country and investor status.
  • A warrant can expire worthless if the underlying share does not trade above the exercise price before expiry.
  • The token depends on the intermediary and custody chain. A failure at any step could affect holders' rights.
  • Secondary trading of a pilot tokenized security can be thin, which makes entering or leaving a position harder.
  • Read the official prospectus and warrant terms. Warrants are regulated securities, and rules differ between jurisdictions. Do not assume that an on-chain token carries the same legal protections as the listed instrument.

Alpha Bulgaria Warrants market analysis

With a market capitalisation of $114.33 million, Alpha Bulgaria Warrants (ALFW) is classed as a small-cap asset and ranks #264 of 406 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 35.0% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Small-cap assets can move quickly on news or exchange listings, and liquidity can thin out fast in sell-offs.

Over the last 24 hours roughly $0.00 of ALFW changed hands, equal to 0.00% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 0.0% of tracked assets. Trading activity is very low relative to market cap, which usually points to poor liquidity. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 0% of tracked assets.

Price action: ALFW moved +0.00% in 24 hours and +0.00% over 7 days. It outperformed Bitcoin by 2.18 percentage points over 24 hours and by 3.59 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (ahead by 2.00 points on the day and ahead by 4.50 points on the week), it has been a relative strength in recent sessions.

To overtake Alphabet (bStocks Tokenized Stock) (GOOGLB) just above it, Alpha Bulgaria Warrants would need to grow its market cap by about 0.3%; it is 0.9% larger than Aster USDF (USDF) just below. Its market cap is under 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
