ⓘ Circulating · Total supply · Max supply
Circulating supply: coins currently available to trade, as reported by the data provider.
Total supply: coins created so far, minus any burned. It includes locked or not-yet-released coins.
Max supply: the hard cap on coins that can ever exist. Shown as “No max supply” when the protocol sets no cap.
CryptoWave Health score
Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 0.97% of market cap. Thin trading; small orders can move the price.
$1.51B market cap, rank #60. Bigger is harder to push around.
70% of the maximum supply circulates. Little dilution ahead.
48.4% below its all-time high of $4.17.
Largest recent swing: 3.97% a day. Moderate.
Describes market structure today. Not a price forecast and not investment advice.
How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Morpho (MORPHO)?
Morpho is an open lending network that connects lenders and borrowers on-chain. It started as a layer on top of existing lending protocols and later introduced Morpho Blue, a lending primitive that lets anyone create an isolated market. MORPHO is the governance token of the Morpho DAO. It is a DeFi lending protocol, not a privacy platform.
How Morpho works
A Morpho Blue market is defined by four things: one loan asset, one collateral asset, a liquidation loan-to-value ratio (LLTV) and an oracle. Because each market is separate, its risk does not depend on the riskiest asset in a shared pool. The core contract is about 650 lines of Solidity and cannot be upgraded, so its rules are designed to stay the same over time. Anyone can create markets, and permissioned markets, such as for institutions or tokenized assets, are also supported.
On top of these markets sit other products:
- Morpho Vaults: curated vaults where users supply one asset and a curator allocates it across approved markets within on-chain risk limits.
- Fixed-rate markets: a newer product with negotiated terms and defined maturities.
- Integrations: apps and companies build earn and borrow features on Morpho through its API and SDK.
MORPHO supply and token design
The maximum supply is 1 billion MORPHO. The token contract was deployed in June 2022 as non-transferable so that governance could decide when to enable transfers, and transferability was turned on in November 2024. Only the wrapped version of MORPHO is transferable, and legacy MORPHO converts into it one to one. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page. Voting power is weighted by tokens held, and only MORPHO on Ethereum counts for voting and delegation on Snapshot.
The Ethereum token contract is 0x58D97B57BB95320F9a05dC918Aef65434969c2B2. The token also exists on other networks, where it carries no voting power, so check the network before sending.
Official information is on morpho.org.
What to check before using MORPHO
- Wrapped and legacy tokens: two versions exist on Ethereum. Make sure you hold the transferable wrapped token and the right contract.
- Voting only on Ethereum: MORPHO bridged elsewhere does not carry voting power.
- Governance concentration: a large share of the supply is controlled by Morpho governance itself, so voting outcomes depend on how delegates use it.
- Market risk in lending: each market depends on its oracle and collateral. Bad oracles, volatile collateral or liquidity shortfalls can cause losses for lenders.
- Curator risk: vault returns and risks depend on the choices of the curator who allocates the funds.

Morpho market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $1.51 billion, Morpho (MORPHO) is classed as a mid-cap asset and ranks #60 of 1,341 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 95.5% of them. It accounts for roughly 0.06% of the combined tracked market value. Mid-cap assets sit between the established majors and the speculative long tail, so both growth and drawdowns can be sharp.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $14.64 million of MORPHO changed hands, equal to 0.97% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 89.8% of tracked assets. That is a quiet level of turnover, so large orders may meet limited depth. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 23% of tracked assets.
Price action: MORPHO moved −3.97% in 24 hours and +0.34% over 7 days. It underperformed Bitcoin by 1.79 percentage points over 24 hours but outperformed it by 4.20 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (behind by 1.73 points on the day and ahead by 6.55 points on the week), it has been a relative strength in recent sessions.
To overtake Mantle (MNT) just above it, Morpho would need to grow its market cap by about 2.7%; it is 0.7% larger than USDD (USDD) just below. Its market cap is 0.10% of Bitcoin's.
