ⓘ Circulating · Total supply · Max supply
Circulating supply: coins currently available to trade, as reported by the data provider.
Total supply: coins created so far, minus any burned. It includes locked or not-yet-released coins.
Max supply: the hard cap on coins that can ever exist. Shown as “No max supply” when the protocol sets no cap.
CryptoWave Health score
Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 0.67% of market cap. Thin trading; small orders can move the price.
$81.17M market cap, rank #286. Bigger is harder to push around.
19% of the maximum supply circulates. Big unlocks could dilute holders.
92.2% below its all-time high of $0.0557.
Largest recent swing: 4.36% a day. Moderate.
Describes market structure today. Not a price forecast and not investment advice.
How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Stronghold (SHX)?
Stronghold is a payments company, and SHX is the token at the center of its payments ecosystem. The company positions SHX as a token with a real purpose rather than a pure store of value. SHX is natively issued as an asset on the Stellar network, and it also exists in versions on Ethereum, Solana and the XRP Ledger.
What SHX is used for
SHX has three main roles:
- Rewards. Merchants and their customers earn SHX through the Stronghold Rewards Program, based on transaction volume in the payment network.
- Governance. Holders vote on network features and implementations in proportion to the SHX they hold.
- Merchant financing liquidity. SHX liquidity pools support Stronghold's Merchant Financing lending product.
The company's wider business covers payments infrastructure for businesses. SHX is meant to connect the usage of that network to the token.
SHX supply and token design
Stronghold states that a fixed limit of 100 billion SHX was created and will not be increased. The project says no ICO, token generation event or IEO was ever run for SHX. Around 5% of the total supply was airdropped to its early user base at the end of 2018. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
There are two Ethereum versions. Holders of the original ERC-20 SHX can move to the upgraded token through Stronghold's upgrade portal. Stronghold has also published a white paper written for the European MiCA regulation. The Stellar asset is identified by the code SHX together with the issuer address GDSTRSHXHGJ7ZIVRBXEYE5Q74XUVCUSEKEBR7UCHEUUEK72N7I7KJ6JH. Use that full issuer address, not just the code, because anyone can create a Stellar asset named SHX.
Official information is on stronghold.co.
What to check before using SHX
- SHX exists as a Stellar asset and as several bridged or wrapped versions. Confirm which version a wallet or exchange is handling before depositing.
- The original and upgraded Ethereum tokens are different contracts. Sending the wrong one to a venue can lead to a lost deposit.
- Demand for the token depends on the success of the Stronghold payments business, which is a small player in a competitive field.
- Only part of the 100 billion supply is in circulation, so future releases can add to market supply.
- Rewards and liquidity programs can change over time, so check the current terms rather than older descriptions.

Stronghold market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $81.17 million, Stronghold (SHX) is classed as a micro-cap asset and ranks #286 of 402 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 28.9% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Micro-cap assets are thinly traded in most cases: a modest order can move the price and spreads are often wide.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $546.5 thousand of SHX changed hands, equal to 0.67% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 31.1% of tracked assets. That is a quiet level of turnover, so large orders may meet limited depth. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 32% of tracked assets.
Price action: SHX moved −4.36% in 24 hours and −11.24% over 7 days. It underperformed Bitcoin by 2.30 percentage points over 24 hours and by 7.38 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (behind by 2.39 points on the day and behind by 6.59 points on the week), it has been a relative laggard in recent sessions.
To overtake JPY Coin (JPYC) just above it, Stronghold would need to grow its market cap by about 1.4%; it is 1.0% larger than USDA (USDA) just below. Its market cap is under 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
