How this score is calculated

A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:

  • Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
  • Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
  • Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
  • Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
  • Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).

Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.

Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

About Ondo Short-Term U.S. Government Bond Fund

What is Ondo Short-Term U.S. Government Bond Fund (OUSG)?

OUSG is a tokenized fund product from Ondo Finance that gives onboarded, eligible investors onchain exposure to short-term U.S. government securities. Ondo describes it as a qualified-access U.S. Treasuries token. The product began in January 2023 holding mainly BlackRock's iShares Short Treasury Bond ETF and has since moved to a broader mix of tokenized and traditional Treasury funds.

How OUSG works

OUSG holds short-term U.S. Treasuries and government-sponsored enterprise securities, mostly through funds from managers such as BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree and Fidelity, plus bank deposits and USDC for liquidity. Eligible investors who have completed onboarding can mint and redeem with USDC or PYUSD:

  • Instant minting and redemption is available 24/7 through the Ondo website, with a $5,000 minimum and daily limits.
  • Larger requests can be submitted as non-instant orders, with a $100,000 minimum to invest and $50,000 to redeem.
  • Net asset value updates at the end of each business day and is posted to an onchain price oracle.

Tokens can move only between onboarded investors, so OUSG is not freely transferable like a typical crypto asset. Because access is gated, anyone interested should read Ondo's current fund documents and eligibility terms on its documentation site, as they define who may subscribe and under what conditions.

OUSG supply and token design

OUSG has no fixed supply. Tokens are created when investors subscribe and burned when they redeem, so the supply reflects fund size. The price follows net asset value instead of a one-to-one dollar peg, rising as the underlying Treasuries accrue interest. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.

OUSG is deployed on Ethereum, Solana and Polygon. The Ethereum contract is 0x1B19C19393e2d034D8Ff31ff34c81252FcBbee92.

Official information is on ondo.finance.

What to check before using OUSG

  • Eligibility: OUSG is for investors who meet Ondo's qualified-access requirements and complete onboarding, so it is not open to everyone.
  • Restricted transfers: tokens can be held only by onboarded wallets, which limits secondary trading and use in open DeFi.
  • Not a stablecoin: the share price tracks net asset value and can change, and large redemptions above daily instant limits take longer.
  • Underlying fund and counterparty risk: returns depend on the funds, custodians and managers that hold the Treasuries.
  • Oracle and smart contract risk: onchain prices and mint and redeem logic rely on contracts and a price feed updated once per business day.
