How this score is calculated

A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:

  • Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
  • Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
  • Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
  • Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
  • Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).

Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.

Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

About Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund

What is the Invesco Short Duration US Government Securities Fund (USTB)?

USTB is a tokenized fund that invests in short-duration US Treasury bills. Shares of the fund can be held as tokens on Ethereum, Solana and Plume, or held in book-entry form with Superstate, the company that operates the tokenization platform. Invesco is named as the fund manager on the current Superstate fund page. USTB is a regulated investment product and not a stablecoin.

How USTB works

Eligible investors subscribe with a US dollar wire or USDC. Orders are priced at the fund's net asset value per share, which started at 10 dollars. USDC orders settle immediately, including on non-business days, and wires received before 5 pm Eastern settle the same day. Redemptions are paid in dollars to a bank account or in USDC to a wallet. USDC payouts are immediate subject to available liquidity, and dollar payouts are same-day for requests made before 1 pm Eastern.

  • Earning short-term Treasury yield on an onchain share.
  • Holding cash-like exposure that can be moved between allowlisted wallets.
  • Subscribing and redeeming outside banking hours through USDC.

USTB supply and token design

USTB has no fixed cap. Tokens are issued on subscription and burned on redemption, so supply follows investor demand. The fund pays no distributions. Interest accrues inside the fund and shows up as a steadily rising NAV per share, so the token's value increases instead of its quantity. Tokens move only between wallets on the fund's allowlist. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.

The Ethereum contract is 0x43415eb6ff9db7e26a15b704e7a3edce97d31c4e.

Tokenization changes how the fund is held and moved, not what it owns. The assets are short-term government securities, and the tokens are a record of fund shares, so legal rights come from the fund documents rather than from the smart contract alone.

Official information is on superstate.com.

What to check before using USTB

  • Access is restricted. The initial minimum is 100,000 dollars unless waived, and investors must be eligible, with accredited investors and qualified purchasers admitted.
  • Tokens can only be transferred to allowlisted wallets, so they do not behave like open stablecoins.
  • Instant USDC redemption is subject to available liquidity.
  • Treasury bill values can move with interest rates, so NAV can fall as well as rise over short periods.
  • Rely on the fund's offering documents for fees, risks and jurisdictional rules, and confirm the current manager and terms.
