How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Global Dollar (USDG)?
Global Dollar (USDG) is a US dollar stablecoin issued by Paxos. It is designed to hold a value of one US dollar and to be used for payments, settlement and as a dollar balance on exchanges and in wallets. Paxos Digital Singapore Pte. Ltd. issues USDG and is supervised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and Paxos Issuance Europe issues it in the European Union under MiCA rules. USDG launched in November 2024.
USDG is tied to the Global Dollar Network, a group of businesses that distribute and support the token. Members that help build adoption and liquidity share in the returns earned on the reserves, which gives platforms a commercial reason to integrate it. The network began with a small group of founding members that included Anchorage Digital, Bullish, Galaxy Digital, Kraken, Nuvei, Robinhood and Paxos.
What USDG is used for
- Holding and moving dollar value on supported blockchains.
- Trading pairs and settlement on exchanges that list it.
- Payments and treasury balances for businesses connected to the Global Dollar Network.
- Collateral and liquidity in on-chain applications that accept it.
USDG supply and token design
USDG has no fixed cap. Supply expands when Paxos issues new tokens against deposited dollars and contracts when tokens are redeemed. Paxos states that USDG is backed one to one and publishes monthly reserve reports. Holders can redeem USDG with Paxos for US dollars at a one to one rate, although direct issuance and redemption with Paxos runs through customers who have completed Paxos onboarding, so most people buy and sell USDG on exchanges instead.
USDG is issued natively on Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum One, Ink, Mantle, X Layer and Robinhood Chain. Always confirm the network and contract before sending funds, because the same token name can appear on several chains. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
Official information is on globaldollar.com.
What to check before using USDG
- Reserve risk: the peg depends on the reserves held by the issuer. Read the latest monthly reserve report rather than relying on the one to one claim alone.
- Redemption access: redeeming directly with Paxos requires onboarding, so in a stress event the market price on an exchange can move away from one dollar.
- Regulatory scope: USDG is issued under Singapore and EU frameworks, so availability and rules differ by country.
- Network choice: tokens bridged or wrapped by third parties are not the same as native USDG. Use the contract listed by the issuer.
- Platform risk: where you hold USDG, whether an exchange or a wallet, carries its own custody and withdrawal risk.
