ⓘ Circulating · Total supply · Max supply
Circulating supply: coins currently available to trade, as reported by the data provider.
Total supply: coins created so far, minus any burned. It includes locked or not-yet-released coins.
Max supply: the hard cap on coins that can ever exist. Shown as “No max supply” when the protocol sets no cap.
CryptoWave Health score
Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 64.63% of market cap. Trades easily.
$44.71M market cap, rank #350. Bigger is harder to push around.
17% of the maximum supply circulates. Big unlocks could dilute holders.
44.2% below its all-time high of $0.9545.
Largest recent swing: 10.41% a day. Volatile.
Describes market structure today. Not a price forecast and not investment advice.
How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Dolphin (POD)?
Dolphin (POD) is the native token of the Dolphin Network, an AI-focused decentralized infrastructure project on Base, Coinbase's Layer 2 network. The wider Dolphin project also runs an AI lab that releases open-source models fine-tuned from bases such as Llama and Qwen. The token launched under the ticker DPHN and in early 2026 moved to a new contract and was renamed POD. The name refers to a pod of dolphins.
How POD works
The network pools spare GPU capacity from node operators to serve AI inference requests. Operators running the same model form a pool, and requests are routed across it rather than to a single provider. POD has several roles in the design:
- Rewards: operators earn POD for processing requests.
- Bonding: operators bond POD to take part, which supports a slashing mechanism for bad behavior.
- Buybacks: the project says protocol revenue is used to buy POD on the open market.
- xPOD vault: holders can stake into a vault to share in claim fees and boost node rewards.
- Governance: the project is organized as a DAO and has no traditional equity.
The network design has two sides. On the supply side, nodes running the same model share a pool and are assigned jobs at random based on availability. On the demand side, a requester sends work to a model and has no direct link to the node that processes it, which is the peer-to-pool approach the project describes.
POD supply and token design
Total supply is 500,000,000 POD, and that is also the maximum. A large portion is not yet in circulation, including a foundation-held balance and tokens under lock, so future unlocks can increase tradable supply. The Base contract is 0xeD664536023d8E4b1640C394777D34aBAFF1dF8F. Because the token migrated contracts, the old DPHN contract and the current POD contract are different addresses, so check you are using the current one. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
Official information is on dphn.ai.
What to check before using POD
- Migration: the move from DPHN to POD means older contract addresses may still circulate, so verify the address.
- Admin permissions: check what the contract owner can still change, such as fees or minting.
- Locked supply: a significant share of supply is reserved or locked, and unlocks can add selling pressure.
- Revenue dependence: buyback and reward models depend on real demand for inference, which can be uncertain.
- Competition: decentralized AI compute competes with large cloud and AI providers.

Dolphin market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $44.71 million, Dolphin (POD) is classed as a micro-cap asset and ranks #350 of 402 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 12.9% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Micro-cap assets are thinly traded in most cases: a modest order can move the price and spreads are often wide.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $28.90 million of POD changed hands, equal to 64.63% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 80.6% of tracked assets. This is a very high turnover, which typically signals heavy speculative interest or a news-driven day. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 98% of tracked assets.
Price action: POD moved +10.41% in 24 hours and +14.06% over 7 days. It outperformed Bitcoin by 12.47 percentage points over 24 hours and by 17.92 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (ahead by 12.39 points on the day and ahead by 18.72 points on the week), it has been a relative strength in recent sessions.
To overtake SPDR S&P 500 ETF (Ondo Tokenized ETF) (SPYON) just above it, Dolphin would need to grow its market cap by about 2.9%; it is 0.6% larger than AllUnity CHF (CHFAU) just below. Its market cap is under 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
