ⓘ Circulating · Total supply · Max supply
Circulating supply: coins currently available to trade, as reported by the data provider.
Total supply: coins created so far, minus any burned. It includes locked or not-yet-released coins.
Max supply: the hard cap on coins that can ever exist. Shown as “No max supply” when the protocol sets no cap.
CryptoWave Health score
Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 2.23% of market cap. Normal turnover for its size.
$178.51M market cap, rank #195. Bigger is harder to push around.
77% of the maximum supply circulates. Little dilution ahead.
92.6% below its all-time high of $8.07.
Largest recent swing: 4.59% a day. Moderate.
Describes market structure today. Not a price forecast and not investment advice.
How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Akash Network (AKT)?
Akash Network is an open marketplace for computing power. Developers rent servers and GPUs from independent providers instead of a single cloud company. Tenants set the hardware, region and a maximum price, and providers bid in a reverse auction.
Akash is its own Layer-1 blockchain built with the Cosmos SDK. Its mainnet went live on 25 September 2020 with 64 validators, and Overclock Labs was the core developer of the early network. AKT is the network's native token.
What AKT is used for
AKT secures the chain and settles payments on the marketplace.
- Staking: validators and delegators stake AKT to secure the network and earn rewards.
- Settlement: leases on the marketplace are settled through the AKT economy, and providers are paid from it.
- Governance: network upgrades and parameters go through on-chain proposals.
Akash has also published a Burn Mint Equilibrium design (AEP-76). In it, tenants pay in ACT, a non-transferable credit meant to equal about one dollar of compute. AKT is burned to create ACT, and providers are then paid in AKT from a vault, with new AKT minted only to cover a shortfall.
On the user side, Akash offers a GPU marketplace, a managed AI inference service called AkashML that exposes open-source models through OpenAI-compatible APIs, and Akash Console for deploying Docker containers. Hardware owners can list idle GPU and CPU capacity through the provider programme and earn revenue from deployments. Prices come from competitive bidding rather than a fixed rate card, which is the main difference from conventional cloud services.
AKT supply and token design
AKT has a maximum supply of about 388.5 million tokens, and new tokens are issued mainly through staking rewards. The burn-and-mint design above can also move the supply up or down depending on price movements between top-up and settlement. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
AKT lives natively on the Akash chain, and wrapped IBC versions circulate on other Cosmos chains such as Osmosis. Native AKT is denominated as uakt on-chain.
Official information is on akash.network.
What to check before using AKT
- Demand risk: the token is only as useful as the marketplace behind it, and decentralised compute competes with large cloud providers.
- Mechanism changes: the AKT payment and burn design has been changed through governance, so check current rules before relying on any model.
- Staking risk: unbonding takes time, and validators can be penalised for misbehaviour.
- Bridged tokens: IBC versions of AKT on other chains carry the risks of the route they use.
- Provider quality varies, so workloads need to be tested before relying on any one provider.

Akash Network market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $178.51 million, Akash Network (AKT) is classed as a small-cap asset and ranks #195 of 1,341 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 85.5% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Small-cap assets can move quickly on news or exchange listings, and liquidity can thin out fast in sell-offs.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $3.98 million of AKT changed hands, equal to 2.23% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 78.4% of tracked assets. That is a moderate, fairly typical level of turnover. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 36% of tracked assets.
Price action: AKT moved −2.67% in 24 hours and −11.93% over 7 days. It underperformed Bitcoin by 0.49 percentage points over 24 hours and by 8.07 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (behind by 0.43 points on the day and behind by 5.72 points on the week), it has been a relative laggard in recent sessions.
To overtake BTSE Token (BTSE) just above it, Akash Network would need to grow its market cap by about 0.1%; it is 0.0% larger than Maple Finance (SYRUP) just below. Its market cap is 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
