How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Spiko US T-Bills Money Market Fund (USTBL)?
USTBL is a tokenized share of a money market fund run by Spiko, a French fintech that offers cash management and yield products on-chain and off-chain. The fund holds short-term United States Treasury bills, repurchase agreements secured by such securities, and cash. It is a regulated fund product, not a stablecoin, and its value is meant to track the fund's net asset value per share.
Spiko says its flagship products are UCITS funds approved by French regulatory authorities, and that Spiko Finance is a MiFID-authorized investment firm licensed by the French ACPR. Client funds are held at CACEIS Bank, a Credit Agricole subsidiary.
How USTBL works
Investors subscribe to the fund and receive tokens that represent fund shares. Redeeming returns the cash value of those shares. Because the token represents a regulated fund, subscriptions, transfers and redemptions are permissioned and involve eligibility checks, rather than being open to any wallet.
- The reference exposure is short-dated US Treasury bills, held through the fund.
- Returns come from the interest earned on those holdings, after fund fees.
- Holders can use the token on supported chains, but only approved addresses can hold it.
USTBL supply and token design
USTBL has no fixed cap. Supply grows when investors subscribe and shrinks when they redeem, so it follows investor demand for the fund. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
The token is deployed on several networks, including Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Etherlink and Starknet. On Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Etherlink the contract address is 0xe4880249745eac5f1ed9d8f7df844792d560e750. Always confirm the address through the issuer, since lookalike tokens are easy to create.
Official information is on spiko.io.
For a holder, the practical difference from a typical stablecoin is the legal wrapper. A stablecoin issuer promises redemption at one dollar, while a fund token represents a share whose price moves with the fund's net asset value. That makes USTBL closer to a cash-management product than to a payment token.
What to check before using USTBL
- Access is restricted. Confirm that you are eligible to subscribe and that your jurisdiction is supported before buying.
- Redemption goes through the issuer and the fund's process. It is not an instant swap on a decentralized exchange.
- Secondary market prices can differ from the fund's net asset value, especially in thin markets.
- The value depends on US Treasury bill yields and on the fund's service providers, including its custodian.
- Read the fund prospectus and the key information document for fees and share class terms.
