Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 0.11% of market cap. Thin trading; small orders can move the price.
$346.45M market cap, rank #132. Bigger is harder to push around.
100% of the total supply circulates. Little dilution ahead.
38.9% below its all-time high of $206.98.
Largest recent swing: 1.92% a day. Calm.

How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Kinesis Gold (KAU)?
Kinesis Gold is a digital currency backed by physical gold. Each KAU is backed one to one by gold bullion, with one token representing one gram, and it is one of the two metal-backed assets from the Kinesis monetary system, alongside silver (KAG). Kinesis positions KAU as a way to hold and spend gold digitally, with the gold held in vaults rather than by the token holder.
How KAU works
KAU exists on the Kinesis blockchain and as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. KMS Labs is the issuer of the ERC-20 tokens, and Kinesis Mint handles the production and minting side. Bullion can be deposited and exchanged for KAU and KAG, and redeeming the ERC-20 version is subject to KMS Labs terms and onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Store of value: holders keep exposure to the gold price without handling physical metal.
- Spending and transfers: KAU can be moved between users and used in the Kinesis system.
- Yield: Kinesis says it returns over half of its transaction fees to users every month, paid in gold and silver through several yield programs.
KAU supply and token design
KAU has no fixed maximum. Its supply depends on the amount of gold deposited and backed, so tokens are issued when bullion is added and the quantity follows the gold in the system. Each token represents a gram of gold, so its value tracks the gold price rather than the dollar.
Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
Look-alike tokens are common, so use the official Ethereum contract linked from the project when you add the ERC-20 version to a wallet.
Official information is on kinesis.money.
What to check before using KAU
- The price follows gold, so KAU can fall when gold falls, and it is not a stablecoin.
- Backing depends on the issuer and vault operators, so review the audit and trust information the project publishes.
- Redeeming ERC-20 KAU for metal requires onboarding and compliance checks, so it may not be open to everyone.
- Fees, spreads and yield terms vary by platform and can change, so check the current schedule before you trade.
- The ERC-20 token and the version on the Kinesis chain are handled separately, so use the right network when sending.

Kinesis Gold market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $346.45 million, Kinesis Gold (KAU) is classed as a small-cap asset and ranks #131 of 1,339 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 90.2% of them. It accounts for roughly 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Small-cap assets can move quickly on news or exchange listings, and liquidity can thin out fast in sell-offs.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $398.0 thousand of KAU changed hands, equal to 0.11% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 41.4% of tracked assets. Trading activity is very low relative to market cap, which usually points to poor liquidity. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 9% of tracked assets.
Price action: KAU moved +0.61% in 24 hours and −1.92% over 7 days. It outperformed Bitcoin by 2.54 percentage points over 24 hours and by 1.69 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (ahead by 2.77 points on the day and ahead by 4.17 points on the week), it has been a relative strength in recent sessions.
To overtake USDtb (USDTB) just above it, Kinesis Gold would need to grow its market cap by about 2.2%; it is -0.4% larger than BitTorrent (BTT) just below. Its market cap is 0.02% of Bitcoin's.
