How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Circle USYC (USYC)?
Circle USYC is a tokenized money market style product that represents a share of the Hashnote International Short Duration Fund Ltd., a mutual fund registered in the Cayman Islands. The token was created by Hashnote, and Circle took over the product after acquiring Hashnote. Circle International Bermuda Limited, a digital asset business licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority, acts as token administrator. USYC is a tokenized fund share, not a payment stablecoin.
How USYC works
The fund invests in short-term US Treasury bills and in reverse repurchase agreements backed by short-term US government securities. It holds bills with maturities of up to six months. Yield is not paid out as separate tokens. It builds up in the token price, so each USYC becomes worth more over time as the fund earns income.
- Subscriptions and redemptions are made in USDC.
- Subscriptions can be made at any time, with near-instant on-chain settlement.
- Redemptions up to the instant redemption capacity settle in about one block time. Larger redemptions settle on the same day or the next day.
- Fees apply to subscriptions, redemptions and a share of yield, with some volume waived. The token is meant for treasury and collateral use by institutions that want a Treasury-based return held on-chain.
USYC supply and token design
USYC has no fixed cap. Supply grows when investors subscribe and falls when they redeem. Tokens are issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana, and Circle lists further networks, so check the current list on the official page. Because USYC is a fund share, its price is not meant to stay at one dollar and should increase as income accrues. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
Official information is on circle.com.
What to check before using USYC
- Eligibility is restricted. Only non-US Persons, as defined under the Securities Act of 1933, may hold the fund or USYC, and additional restrictions may apply.
- The minimum investment is 100,000 US dollars, so USYC is aimed at institutions and large investors.
- The product is a fund share. Investors face counterparty risk on the repo counterparties and on the fund structure.
- Instant redemption depends on available capacity, and larger redemptions can take longer.
- USYC can trade on secondary markets only where the platform allows it, and holding it outside eligible wallets may be restricted. Check the fund documents for the current fee schedule.

Circle USYC market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $2.24 billion, Circle USYC (USYC) is classed as a mid-cap asset and ranks #45 of 1,341 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 96.6% of them. It accounts for roughly 0.08% of the combined tracked market value. Mid-cap assets sit between the established majors and the speculative long tail, so both growth and drawdowns can be sharp.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $0.00 of USYC changed hands, equal to 0.00% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 2.8% of tracked assets. Trading activity is very low relative to market cap, which usually points to poor liquidity. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 0% of tracked assets.
Price action: USYC moved +0.01% in 24 hours and +0.07% over 7 days. It outperformed Bitcoin by 2.19 percentage points over 24 hours and by 3.93 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (ahead by 2.25 points on the day and ahead by 6.28 points on the week), it has been a relative strength in recent sessions.
To overtake Ethena (ENA) just above it, Circle USYC would need to grow its market cap by about 1.2%; it is 11.1% larger than BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL) just below. Its market cap is 0.15% of Bitcoin's.
