How this score is calculated

A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:

  • Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
  • Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
  • Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
  • Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
  • Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).

Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.

Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

Missing inputs for this asset, counted as a neutral 50: Market depth, Liquidity, Supply unlocked

About Blockchain Capital

What is Blockchain Capital (BCAP)?

BCAP is a security token that represents a limited partner interest in the Blockchain Capital III Digital Liquid Venture Fund. It is issued by Blockchain Capital, a venture capital firm that has backed crypto companies since 2013, and was launched in 2017. It is widely described as the first tokenized investment fund, and it lives on Ethereum as an ERC-20 token. Each token is a regulated fund interest, not a utility or governance coin, and it carries no voting rights over a protocol.

How BCAP works

The token is issued by Blockchain Capital TokenHub in Singapore, with Securitize acting as transfer and paying agent. Holders get exposure to the fund's portfolio of digital assets and crypto company investments, and the value of a token follows the fund's net asset value, not a market-driven formula. The fund charges a 2.5% management fee and a 25% performance fee.

  • Exposure to a venture fund focused on crypto and digital assets
  • Ownership recorded on-chain with compliance managed through Securitize
  • A way for qualified investors to hold fund exposure in a wallet
  • Trading limited to approved investors on permitted venues

BCAP supply and token design

BCAP has no mining or inflation schedule. The number of tokens is set by what the fund issues, and the token represents a share of the fund's assets, not a share of a protocol. The offering was made under Regulation D in the United States and is open to eligible investors only, namely US accredited investors and non-US professional investors. Because it is a permissioned security, transfers are subject to compliance checks, and secondary trading is limited to platforms that support these rules. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.

Official information is on blockchaincapital.com.

What to check before using BCAP

  • Eligibility: only accredited or professional investors can hold it, and transfers to other wallets can be blocked or reversed by compliance rules.
  • Liquidity: trading is limited to approved venues, so you may not be able to sell at the net asset value.
  • Price versus NAV: the market price of a security token can differ from the value of the underlying fund, sometimes by a wide margin.
  • Fees: the 2.5% management fee and 25% performance fee reduce returns.
  • Documentation: read the offering terms and fund reports before buying, since this is a fund interest with legal terms, not a simple token.
  • Venture risk: the fund holds illiquid and volatile crypto assets, and the value can fall as well as rise.
