ⓘ Circulating · Total supply · Max supply
Circulating supply: coins currently available to trade, as reported by the data provider.
Total supply: coins created so far, minus any burned. It includes locked or not-yet-released coins.
Max supply: the hard cap on coins that can ever exist. Shown as “No max supply” when the protocol sets no cap.
CryptoWave Health score
Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 0.27% of market cap. Thin trading; small orders can move the price.
$51.37M market cap, rank #333. Bigger is harder to push around.
99% of the maximum supply circulates. Little dilution ahead.
97.0% below its all-time high of $0.0173.
Largest recent swing: 0.72% a day. Calm.
Describes market structure today. Not a price forecast and not investment advice.
How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is AB (AB)?
AB is the native token of the AB blockchain, a project that was previously known as Newton. The Newton DAO community chose to rebrand to AB in early 2025 and shift the focus toward infrastructure that connects different blockchains and assets. AB describes itself as a multi-network blockchain for stablecoins, payments and real-world asset integration.
How AB works
The project is built around an EVM-compatible mainnet called AB Core, with industry-specific sidechains such as AB IoT and a bridge named AB Connect. Because it is EVM-compatible, developers can use familiar Ethereum tools to build on it.
- Gas: AB is mainly used to pay transaction fees on the network.
- Governance: the community-run DAO allows holders to propose and vote on upgrades and token rules.
- Planned direction: the rebrand announcement mentions sidechains for specific industries, cross-chain integration of assets such as Bitcoin and Litecoin, and tokenization of real-world assets.
Planned features are goals set out by the project, and readers should check which are live before relying on them.
Sidechains are separate chains that connect back to the main network, which lets a project tailor rules and performance for a specific use such as Internet of Things devices. A bridge such as AB Connect moves assets between those networks, and the design depends on how well that bridge is secured.
AB supply and token design
The maximum supply of AB is 100,000,000,000 tokens, and the great majority is already in circulation. The rebrand did not require a token swap, and the token kept the same underlying contract. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
The BNB Chain token contract is 0x95034f653d5d161890836ad2b6b8cc49d14e029a. Confirm it on BscScan before trading, since the Newton name and the short ticker AB are easy to confuse with other tokens.
Official information is on ab.org.
What to check before using AB
- Rebrand and pivot risk: the project changed its name and focus, and new plans may take years to deliver or may not be built as described.
- Unclear adoption: check how much real payment and stablecoin activity runs on the network.
- Name confusion: the earlier Newton name and the very short ticker AB are easy to confuse with other assets, so rely on the contract address.
- Bridge risk: moving assets through a cross-chain bridge adds smart contract risk.
- Information sources: some project details come from reprinted announcements, so confirm key facts on the official site and its channels.

AB market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $51.37 million, AB (AB) is classed as a micro-cap asset and ranks #333 of 406 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 18.0% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Micro-cap assets are thinly traded in most cases: a modest order can move the price and spreads are often wide.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $136.2 thousand of AB changed hands, equal to 0.27% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 22.9% of tracked assets. Trading activity is very low relative to market cap, which usually points to poor liquidity. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 26% of tracked assets.
Price action: AB moved −0.35% in 24 hours and −1.87% over 7 days. It outperformed Bitcoin by 1.83 percentage points over 24 hours and by 1.72 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (ahead by 1.65 points on the day and ahead by 2.63 points on the week), it has been a relative strength in recent sessions.
To overtake Precious Metals USD (PMUSD) just above it, AB would need to grow its market cap by about 0.8%; it is 0.2% larger than MarsCoin (MARSCOIN) just below. Its market cap is under 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
