What is X Empire (X)?
X Empire (X) is the token of a tap-to-earn game that runs as a Telegram mini-app. The game was originally called Musk Empire and used a cartoon Elon Musk avatar, but it has no direct tie to Musk. Players earned in-game currency through taps, tasks and friend invites, and that activity was later converted into the X token on the TON blockchain.

X is a game and community token. It has no protocol role such as fees or staking, and it is mainly used for:

X supply and token design
Total and maximum supply is 690 billion X. On 18 October 2024 the team distributed 517.5 billion X, or 75% of supply, to players, and trading on exchanges including OKX and Bybit was set to begin on 24 October 2024. The team said eligibility depended on friend invites, activity, hourly earnings and completed tasks. About 6 million players received tokens out of a base of more than 50 million. After the first distribution the team said it planned further distributions to active players, so the circulating amount can change as more tokens are released. Because the game began life as a clicker, much of the token's early holder base consists of players who received tokens rather than buyers.
