MarsCoin is a meme token on BNB Smart Chain that was launched through Flap, a token launch platform on that network. It is a community-style token rather than a technology platform: it has no base layer of its own, no stated protocol roadmap and no utility beyond trading and the reward scheme described below.
The token's website presents it as the first BNB Chain coin paired with a tokenized stock. It trades directly against SPCXB, a BNB Chain token that the site says mirrors the SPCX share one to one.
How MARSCOIN works
MARSCOIN is a standard BEP-20 token. Buying and selling on Flap carries a 3% tax on each side of the trade, and the website says that tax feeds a rewards vault. The vault pays out SPCXB to holders who keep a minimum balance of 10,000 MARSCOIN, either automatically or by claiming on Flap.
