What is Giggle Fund (GIGGLE)?
Giggle Fund (GIGGLE) is a charity-themed memecoin on BNB Smart Chain, issued as a BEP-20 token. It launched in September 2025 and is designed so that 5% of each trade is directed to education projects linked to Giggle Academy, a free education platform founded by Changpeng Zhao (CZ). It is a community project, not an issuer-backed product, and it has no reserves or redemption mechanism.
What GIGGLE is used for
GIGGLE has no protocol utility beyond its fee mechanism. Its role is mostly as a tradable community token:
- Trading on decentralized markets and exchanges that list it on BNB Smart Chain.
- Funding donations through the automatic trade-fee design.
- Participating in the community that formed around the token.
Giggle Academy stated on 4 November 2025 that it does not issue GIGGLE and that the token is a community-initiated memecoin. CZ said on 3 November 2025 that it is not an official coin of the Academy and that he did not know who launched it. Binance announced that it would donate 50% of GIGGLE spot and margin trading fees to charitable initiatives linked to Giggle Fund.
