ⓘ Circulating · Total supply · Max supply
Circulating supply: coins currently available to trade, as reported by the data provider.
Total supply: coins created so far, minus any burned. It includes locked or not-yet-released coins.
Max supply: the hard cap on coins that can ever exist. Shown as “No max supply” when the protocol sets no cap.
CryptoWave Health score
Five measurable signals. Each ring segment’s length is its weight; how full it is shows the score.
Volume is 1.94% of market cap. Normal turnover for its size.
$37.67M market cap, rank #362. Bigger is harder to push around.
100% of the total supply circulates. Little dilution ahead.
99.9% below its all-time high of $42.40.
Largest recent swing: 5.65% a day. Moderate.
Describes market structure today. Not a price forecast and not investment advice.
How this score is calculated
A weighted average of five signals computed from the market data on this page. Each signal is scored from 0 to 100:
- Liquidity (25%): 24-hour trading volume divided by market cap.
- Market depth (25%): market cap, on a logarithmic scale from $10 million to $1 trillion.
- Supply (15%): circulating supply divided by max supply, or by total supply when there is no cap. More supply already in circulation scores higher.
- Distance from peak (15%): the current price compared with the all-time high.
- Stability (20%): the largest recent price swing among the 1-hour move (×3), the 24-hour move and the 7-day move (÷2.6).
Bands: 75 and above strong, 55–74 fair, 35–54 weak, below 35 fragile.
Limits: the score describes current market structure only. It is not a price forecast, an audit or investment advice, and it does not consider the team, code or token unlocks. A missing input counts as a neutral 50.

What is Flow (FLOW)?
Flow is a layer-1 blockchain built for consumer applications such as games, collectibles and digital media. It was created by Dapper Labs, the company behind CryptoKitties and NBA Top Shot, and its genesis block was created in October 2020. FLOW is the network's native token. Flow uses proof of stake and aims to serve large audiences without sharding, relying instead on a multi-role node design. The project says its median finality is under 10 seconds, and it positions the chain for consumer finance and large-scale consumer apps.
How Flow works
Instead of making every validator do all the work, Flow splits tasks between node roles: collection, consensus, execution and verification. Heavy computation runs on execution nodes, while verification stays lightweight. The aim is to scale without sharding while keeping the network verifiable.
- Cadence: Flow's smart contract language, designed around resource safety so digital assets behave like owned objects.
- EVM on Flow: an EVM-equivalent environment runs Solidity contracts, with a native bridge between Cadence and EVM assets.
- Fees: FLOW pays transaction fees in both environments, and it is also used for staking and payments inside apps.
FLOW supply and token design
The genesis block created 1.25 billion FLOW, split between the ecosystem fund (32%), pre-launch backers and the community sale (30%), Dapper Labs (20%) and the development team (18%). FLOW has no fixed maximum supply. About 5% of total supply is distributed each year as rewards to validators and delegators. Those rewards are paid first from transaction fees, and any shortfall is minted as new FLOW. Fees are not burned, but they reduce how much must be minted. A fee update in December 2025 was designed to make the network net deflationary at sustained high throughput. Live circulating supply is shown in the market data on this page.
Official information is on flow.com.
What to check before using FLOW
- Inflation: staking rewards come partly from new issuance, so unstaked holders are diluted unless fees cover the rewards.
- Staking requirements: node roles need large minimum stakes, and delegators pay an operator commission.
- Concentration: allocations to the ecosystem fund, backers, Dapper Labs and the development team shaped the early distribution, and all allocations have since unlocked.
- Consumer-app dependence: demand relies on games, collectibles and brands choosing to build on Flow.
- Two environments: Cadence and EVM assets are bridged, so confirm which environment a wallet or exchange supports.

Flow market analysis
With a market capitalisation of $37.67 million, Flow (FLOW) is classed as a micro-cap asset and ranks #522 of 406 cryptocurrencies with a reported market cap on CryptoWave, larger than about 0.0% of them. It accounts for roughly under 0.01% of the combined tracked market value. Micro-cap assets are thinly traded in most cases: a modest order can move the price and spreads are often wide.
Over the last 24 hours roughly $732.4 thousand of FLOW changed hands, equal to 1.94% of its market cap, which puts its trading volume ahead of about 0.0% of tracked assets. That is a quiet level of turnover, so large orders may meet limited depth. Its turnover ratio is higher than that of about 49% of tracked assets.
Price action: FLOW moved −3.81% in 24 hours and −14.70% over 7 days. It underperformed Bitcoin by 1.63 percentage points over 24 hours and by 11.11 points over 7 days. Against the median tracked coin (behind by 1.82 points on the day and behind by 10.20 points on the week), it has been a relative laggard in recent sessions.
To overtake Ronin (RON) just above it, Flow would need to grow its market cap by about 0.7%; it is 0.1% larger than Succinct (PROVE) just below. Its market cap is under 0.01% of Bitcoin's.
